Today was the first day of framing. The LVLs, joists, bracing, OSB, and other lumber were delivered. The sill membrane was placed and treated lumber placed on top. Care was taken to hang joists in line with the existing structure so the floors between new and old would line up.
That is a lot of lumber!!
